GIOVANNI TURCHETTI
Cpa, founder and Ceo of ITALNEST; Giovanni was born and raised in Rome . After his Master's Degree in Economics, he began his professional activity in 1995 in the family accountant firm, founded in Rome by his grandfather in 1952.
He immediately focused on his passion, real estate investments, providing accurate support to many satisfied customers.
In 2002, during a summer vacation in California, Giovanni fell in love with Newport Beach and Orange County and since then he spent 3 months a year there until 2018 when he decided to permanently move.
He realized that a great number of people wanted to invest in Italy buying properties or businesses but they were totally scared by bureaucracy and Italian laws.
To solve this need, Giovanni founded ITALNEST , a company that specializes in consulting and assisting real estate investments in Italy by supporting customers step by step, following every aspect of purchase but mostly avoiding huge mistakes that could turn a beautiful dream into a great nightmare.
